What does that name mean?
As we searched for a business name that represented who we are, and what we are all about, several things were important to us. Our name needed to reflect our faith, our heritage, and our purpose:
· Nu is short for Nubian, to represent our pride in our African heritage.
· Eer denotes Honor, which we first give to the Lord, and will represent in all that we do.
· Legacy speaks to what we intend to create for our children, and their children; as well as a lasting positive impact on society.
Entertainment is the vehicle through which we will educate and empower our audiences and partners.

Nu Eer Legacy Entertainment started with two people that believe in the power, impact, and influence of positive stories through film and media. Given our passion and experience with film and media, forming a company of our own was a natural extension of ourselves.
Nu Eer Legacy Entertainment believes there are stories that deserve to be told, from people that are underrepresented; with vision and creativity, that can make this world a better place.

Jerry woods
Owner and general partner of Nu Eer Legacy Entertainment, LLC., film and media content production company. Jerry has worked in the integrated supply chain industry for over thirty (30) years, across three different global, Fortune 500 companies. This includes long tenures in both the automotive and aerospace industries.

rory christian
Film and new media content Producer Rory L. Christian has produced a wide array of moving picture works for a wide variety of mediums since he begin in film/television production in the mid 1980’s.
The Chicago native discovered his love for motion-production while in high school as part of a troupe of minority students selected to participate in the Indiana Black Expo Youth Telecommunications Workshop (YTW). Christian excelled in the program and would become an instructor in the program during his college years.
